Tacit Labs opens its journal
A public record of what we're building, what's coming, and when.
Tacit Labs is a workflow design company. In practice, that means we look for the moments that waste your time: the habits and routines you've stopped questioning, like chasing a train refund, or the manual, repetitive tasks that are ripe for automation. Then we redraw them and give you that time back.
The work takes whatever shape the problem asks for. A mobile app, a suite of game add-ons, a business website. Every so often it's nothing you can install at all, just experienced consultancy applied to the way you already work. The shapes we're not ready to talk about yet stay in the drawer as we ramp up production.※1
As of today, the things we are ready to talk about get posted here. Launches, betas and updates each get a full announcement. Everything in between gets a one-line note, pinned to the same timeline. We'll post when there's something worth posting; the rest of the time the board stays quiet, and quiet means we're solving.
You don't have to keep checking back, either; the whole board fits in an email. The subscribe box sends every notice to your inbox, and there's an RSS feed for the people who never stopped using it.※2
If there's a process you think we could help with, get in touch. We'd be glad to take a look.
